Overview of the DTW Wiegand 26/Lmicro Converter

The DWT, single-channel interface converter designed to efficiently translate data from Wiegand-26 to the LMicro bus. It features transistor outputs with TTL signals (5 V DC, 15 mA) and is suitable for managing locks and integrating with the A1HT controller.

To fully utilize the DWT micromodule, it must be connected to the A1 controller (platform), ensuring seamless integration and reliable operation.

About the A1 Platform

The A1 controller, introduced in 2010, is the result of 15 years of prior expertise. It revolutionises the design, installation, and operation of security and building automation systems by simplifying these processes.

Key features of the A1 platform include:

• Extending or modifying functions typically takes less than 5 minutes.
• Firmware updates (~100 kB files) can be directly downloaded from a PC via Ethernet, enabling rapid reconfiguration of controller functions.
• Protection against unauthorized firmware modifications ensures system integrity.
• A1 controllers usually supplied with pre-ordered firmware, or users can order and load specific firmware independently at any time.

Previously, there were 3 traditional categories of equipment for security management and building automation:
